GT3 LAVAREDO – UCI Gravel World Series e Brevetto Audax ARI

GT3 LAVAREDO – UCI Gravel World Series is the only gravel marathon in the Dolomites.

It is a gravel race designed for athletes but also open to those who want to take on a gravel path without necessarily aiming for the overall ranking.

To participate, you must hold an FCI/UCI licence or membership from a recognised body, or present a competitive medical certificate (with a daily licence request).

Although it’s a gravel racing, MTB bikes are also allowed.

The GT3 LAVAREDO – AUDAX ARI Brevet, on the other hand, is a gravel bike trip in randonnée style, designed for randonneurs and all cycling enthusiasts (you can ride it on an MTB or e-bike).

To participate, you only need a non-competitive medical certificate.

Both events will take place on Saturday, 20 June 2026, with start and finish in Auronzo di Cadore (BL).

GT3 LAVAREDO – UCI Gravel World Series is the only gravel race marathon held in the Dolomites.

The route of GT3 LAVAREDO – UCI Gravel World Series and Audax ARI Brevet winds around the Tre Cime di Lavaredo.

Start and finish are in Auronzo di Cadore, and the route includes Comelico Superiore, Moso/Sesto, San Candido, Dobbiaco, and Cortina d’Ampezzo.

There are five King of the Mountain (KOM) climbs: Danta di Cadore, Klammbach, Haunold, Cimabanche, and Passo Tre Croci.

The LARGE course of GT3 LAVAREDO – UCI Gravel World Series: 133 km and 3,170 m elevation gain.

The MEDIUM course of GT3 LAVAREDO – UCI Gravel World Series: 105 km and 2,470 m elevation gain (dedicated to female categories and men over 60).

The AUDAX ARI BREVET route: 133 km and 3,170 m elevation gain (endurance cycling event for everyone).

Below are the start times for the various categories of the gravel world series:

  • 08.30 – GT3 LAVAREDO – 2026 UCI GRAVEL WORLD SERIES (Elite Men/Women + Under 23)
  • 08.35 – GT3 LAVAREDO – 2026 UCI GRAVEL WORLD SERIES (Amateur Men Category 19/59)
  • 08.40 – GT3 LAVAREDO – 2026 UCI GRAVEL WORLD SERIES (Amateur Women Category 19/49)
  • 08.45 – GT3 LAVAREDO – 2026 UCI GRAVEL WORLD SERIES (Amateur Men Category 60 and over)
  • 08.50 – GT3 LAVAREDO – 2026 UCI GRAVEL WORLD SERIES (Amateur Women Category 50 and over)
  • Ore 09.00 – BREVETTO AUDAX ARI – GT3 LAVAREDO: ultra distance cycling event with GPX track, to be completed within a maximum of 32 hours.

Participation is open to riders registered with U.C.I./F.C.I. for the year 2026 and to members of bodies affiliated with the Federazione Ciclistica Italiana.

Youth categories (Giovanissimi, Esordienti, Allievi) are not allowed.

Participation in the gravel race for non-registered riders (Hobby – adults of both sexes) is allowed only with a daily licence and presentation of a competitive medical certificate.

The daily pass must be requested exclusively from EVODATA through the event registration platform, at an additional cost of €25.00.

Participation in the GT3 LAVAREDO – AUDAX ARI Brevet is open to all holders of a certificate of fitness for non-competitive sporting activity, in accordance with the Ministerial Decrees of 18/02/82 and/or 24/04/13.

An “Audax ARI brevet” is a certificate of completion for a non-competitive cycling event (randonnée) organised under the rules of Audax Randonneur Italia (ARI).

This certification confirms that the cyclist has completed a designated route, respecting distances, times, and control points established by the regulations.

The aim is not speed, but completing the route while enjoying the ride and companionship, unlike a race.

Registrations open on 14 November 2025 and close on 16 June 2026, unless all available places are filled earlier.

The registration fee depends on the date of registration or the participant quota reached:

  • STARTERS: €80 (14 November 2025 to 31 December 2025 or first 200 entries)
  • EARLY BIRDS: €90 (until 28 February 2026 or 500 entries)
  • REGULARS: €100 (until 30 April 2026 or 1,000 entries)
  • HURRY UP: €110 (until 31 May 2026 or 1,500 entries)
  • LAST CHANCE: €120 (until 18 June 2026)
  • ON SITE: €130 (on site)

Payments by credit card or bank transfer may incur standard bank commissions.

Chip rental is subject to the conditions set by the official timing company.

What does the GT3 LAVAREDO – Audax ARI Brevet registration fee include?

  • Route services (course and GPX track)
  • Race pack and race kit

  • Use of changing rooms and showers
  • Bike wash

Yes. You can transfer your registration by providing the new participant’s details and those of the original registrant.

An administrative fee of €10 applies.

The deadline for replacements is 31 May 2026

No refund is provided by the Organising Committee, but a partial refund may be requested from Evodata, as registration includes insurance in case of justified non-participation.

At the Race Office (Pala Tre Cime, Via Zardus, Auronzo di Cadore):

  • Friday, 19 June 2026 – 15:00 to 18:00
  • Saturday, 20 June 2026 – 06:30 to 08:00

Timing will be managed by EVODATA, using a personal or rental chip to be attached to the bicycle frame.
